Grandpa is ready to die
Grandpa is losing energy and having trouble breathing. He is ready to die, and somehow it is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. To be clear, He is still alive...very alive.

first hug of 2006
Nice visit with grandpa this week. I got a bit chokes up as he talked about dying. But that just seemed to make him spill forth even more love.

Last Hug of 2005
